Nemtsov Park
Nemtsov Park is a former Sports Park with a small fountain and several sculptures of an athlete in the style of the Girl with a Paddle.
The park was named after Nikolay Nemtsov in the 1980s. At the beginning of the 2000s it was developed and a new fountain was built by 2004. There was also a statue erected in memory of Boris Scherbin, a Hero of the Socialist Labour Party and the minister of enterprises construction of the oil and gas industry of the USSR.
