Maksim’s Favourites Restaurant is a collection of all the best recipes Maksim knows. The restaurant was opened in 2009.

The five zones in the restaurant represent Maksim’s five favourite – including the traditional cuisine of the northern regions of Russia, the Mediterranean masterpieces of Italy, and the elegant culinary heritage of France. In fact, there are 5 mini-restaurants in one. The sophisticated "Mozart" section is theatrically styled dining hall while the Mediterranian "Poseidon" caries aquatic and marine décor. The northern "Chum" is a closed cabin in the form of a traditional Khanty tent which can easily seat up to 8 people. The Russian hall "Maksimych" is a stylized wooden chamber with elaborate carvings, and the Italian “Maximillian” looks like a Venetian palace. Maksim’s Favourites serves the best veal carpaccio with cherry sauce, artisan salads, appetizers, entrees, and succulent desserts. Maksim’s is no ordinary restaurant. It often features master performances by famous chiefs as well as regular additions to the menu and professional bartenders' competitions. Maksim’s Favourites is also well-known for its variety theatre with lovely dancers in sumptuous dresses who perform Eastern, Spanish, French, Brazilian, and Russian dances.
