Limitation of Liability

LLC “West-Siberian Reservation Center” and the website administration of GotoTyumen.com (hereinafter the Site Administration and the company owner), being one legal entity and the sole owner of the website GotoTyumen.com located at gototyumen.com (hereinafter Website), informs and warns the users of the Site (hereinafter – Users) of the following:

1. The Site administration and the company owner are not responsible for the ways in which Users of the Website visit the website and/or use the services and Website services.

2. The Site administration and the company owner are not responsible for the consequences and the effect it can have on Users and visitors of the Website Content posted on the Website.

3. The administration of the Site and the owner disclaim responsibility for interpretation of Users or Site visitors available on the website information; monitoring actions taken by Users and visitors of the Website, after reviewing the posted information on the Site.

10. We make every effort to comply with this Privacy Policy; however, we cannot guarantee the security of information in the case of circumstances outside of our influence, the result of which may be the disclosure of information.
