Monument to Postman

The monument to Postman was created in 2009. It located near the Central post office. The figure of post employee at full height made of fiberglass coated in bronze. The resident of Tyumen Vladimir Zolotukhin is the author of a sculpture. He told that he wanted to make such monument long ago.

"By means of this sculpture I want to immortalize a hard work of the postman. It`s not Pechkin, it`s the woman. I wished to make a serious, but not comic monument. I think, postman profession is very respectable and demanded", the artist added.
