Monument to Plumber

The Monument to Plumber is now in Tyumen.

The monument was erected in 2009. It location was changing constantly. The sculpture did not attract particular interest until the resident of Tyumen noticed that the plumber is similar to Putin!

The monument is located near Vodoprovodnaya St. towards Ermak Business Center (51, Sovetskaya St., building 1).
