Master class in Body Ballet
On October 23 Geometry dance studio invites to an open free master class in Body Ballet.
Body Ballet is the direction in fitness based on exercises from classical choreography, the ballet, yoga and pilates and adapted for a wide range of people. By means of ballet trainings you will make your body slender, you will develop flexibility, improve your bearing and also you will find plasticity and grace.
The master class are open for all wishing.
The clothes for a training have to be comfortable, not constraining the movement. It is desirable from elastic fabric.
It can be leggings or soft trousers, a top or a T-shirt.
Shoe: flats or socks.
Beginning at 7.30 pm.
