Scale Up Program
The IVth Gastronomic festival will be held in the best restaurants in Tyumen.
For one month, the restaurants will operate a special tasting sets from chefs. The main condition for the development of sets is dishes have to be cooked using three key products: rabbit, carrots and cranberries. One more condition is a single value of sets — 900 rubles for three dishes.

East Express (Eurasia Business Hotel);
Dyagilev Restaurant (Best Western Plus Spasskaya Hotel);
Poseidon Restaurant ;
Siberia Restaurant (Remezov Hotel);
Solovyinaya Roscha Restaurant;
Brooklyn Bowl Restaurant;
Emerald Restaurant (Double Tree By Hilton Hotel);
Green House`s Restaurant.
During the festival is planned:
Chefs` dinner. October 5, 7 PM, Mask Restaurant, 129 Respubliki Str. This time all 15 chefs of the festival will take part in this event and will gather in one kitchen to prepare the dinner for the guests.
Сook-off. September 30, 1 PM. During a day, the Сook-off will be held inside the large shopping center. The Сook-off will take place between chefs participating in the festival.
Dessert ball. October 15, 4 PM, Neftyanik Cultural Center, 1 Osipenko Str. The best confectioners of the city will participate in this event. They`ll present their sweet tables on a certain subject. The winner will be chosen by the guests of the event.
